Images have been leaked of the Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense. The images will give us a taste of what we can expect from the smartwatches later this year.
‘Leaked images of Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense’
About a year after the Fitbit Versa 2 was announced, images of its successors are leaked. Although the images say little concrete about new functions, there are some changes to be seen.
For example, we see that both the Versa 3 and the Sense will no longer have physical buttons. Where there was one button on the Versa 2, only a small notch is now visible. That could be a touch button. We also see this in the Fitbit Charge 3 and Fitbit Charge 4.
Some innovations can also be found at the bottom of the smartwatches. For example, three icons can be seen with the Fitbit Versa 3. These are for voice control, location and water resistance up to 50 meters. The Sense has a fourth icon, which resembles a heartbeat icon.
Although both models will clearly have a heart rate monitor, this may indicate that the Sense has something extra to offer. You may well be able to make a heart movie with the Fitbit Sense, which will show you whether you have a heart defect. Such a feature has also been on the Apple Watch for a while.
More about Fitbit
In addition to the Versa 3 and Sense, images of the Fitbit Inspire 2 have also been leaked. The smartwatches in this line have roughly the same functions as the Fitbit Charge series, but are a bit cheaper.
The Versa 2 was released about a year ago for 199.99 euros. It had an always-on display and a square design that was clearly inspired by the Apple Watch Series 4. The smartwatch already had fewer buttons than its predecessor, but now it seems that there are no buttons at all. A new software update was also released, so you can keep track of your sleeping behavior. You can also expect a similar function in watchOS 7.
