OPPO Reno 4 Pro
The first images of the Reno 4 series appeared online about a week ago, so the launch would not be long in coming: that turned out to be the case, the Chinese manufacturer announced the Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro on June 5 launch for the Chinese market. A launch in Europe will be delayed; for example, the Reno 3 and 3 Pro were launched as the X2 Lite and X2 Neo. Recently leaked images showed the device in two colors: blue and red, both with a Glow mark. This time, full images of the OPPO Reno 4 (Pro) have been released via Weibo.
OPPO will release the Reno 4 in two gradient colors: red and blue
In the images, we see more details of the device, such as the full back of the Reno 4. Instead of ‘Glow’, the full marking on the back reads ‘Reno Glow’. The text may refer to the device’s gradient colors, which fade from silver to ‘red’ and ‘blue’ respectively. In addition to the previously leaked colors, we also see two new colors in the official renders of the Reno 4 (Pro), white and black – where the black back has been given a pattern. Depending on the markets, other colors can of course still be released from Reno 4.
On the back, we still find the same, vertically positioned, camera module with at least three cameras on the Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro. On both devices, the main camera has a 48 MP resolution, with only the Pro model receiving OIS (optical image stabilization). In addition to the first 48 MP sensor, the Reno 4 Pro also has a 12 MP and 13 MP sensor. The non-Pro model gets an 8 MP and 2 MP sensor as secondary cameras. On the front of the phones is a hole-punch notch for the 32 MP selfie camera, while the Reno 4 Pro would also feature a second 2 MP sensor.
