The Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro differ little from each other. The differences compared to their predecessors are quite significant. A telecom insider claims to be aware of all Xiaomi Mi 10T specifications and these are the most striking features.
Xiaomi Mi 10T specifications are on the street
The alleged specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 10T (Pro) have been shared by Sudhanshu, an anonymous Twitter user who regularly disseminates correct information about unannounced phones. Since the devices will be officially presented the day after tomorrow, it soon becomes apparent whether Sudhanshu is right this time too.
1. LCD screen
According to the insider, both the Xiaomi Mi 10T and the Pro variant have an LCD screen (6.67 inches with full HD plus resolution). That is a striking choice since the already available Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphones have an OLED screen, which is of a higher quality than LCD.
2. Fingerprint scanner on the side
Sudhanshu also claims that the new Xiaomi’s will not have a fingerprint scanner under the screen, but a sensor that is incorporated in the on / off button on the side. Face unlock, where you have to look into the front camera, would be possible.
3. ‘Fluent’ screen
In addition, the successors of the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro have a screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, according to the twitterer, which means that the pixels of the screen refresh 144 times per second. This is especially nice when scrolling through settings and watching animations because a high refresh rate ensures smooth images.
4. Fast charging, but less quickly
However, every advantage has its disadvantage. This is also the case with the Xiaomi Mi 10T (Pro). Sudhanshu states that the maximum charging speed is considerably limited compared to its predecessor. Where the Xiaomi Mi 10 series can be charged with a maximum of 120 Watts of power, the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro remain stuck at 33 Watts, according to him.
5. Better cameras
To end on a positive note, Sudshanshu claims that the new Xiaomi phones do take significant steps in the camera area. Both devices get the same triple camera on the back, with only the primary sensor deviating.
The regular Xiaomi Mi 10T has a 64-megapixel main camera, while the Pro variant shoots pictures with 108 megapixels. The predecessors remained stuck at 48 megapixels. Furthermore, both the Mi 10T and the Pro version have a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and macro camera (5 megapixels) for photos up close.
